• Income tax returns of the borrowing entity for the past two years;
• Income tax returns of all directors/guarantors for past two years (if borrowing entity is a company)
   
• Statement of assets and liabilities for the borrowers
• Details of the security property such as
  
  - purchase contract;
  - title;
  - old valuation( if available );
  - leases;
